Product description
Because we work with handmade products, a small spot or a loose thread can occasionally occur. If we notice something during packing that doesn't meet our standards, we do not ship the product. However, throwing away a good product just because of a small flaw? We can't bring ourselves to do that.
That is why we are introducing the mystery box! A fun way for you to score a unique StarGems item at a low price, and a way for us to save rejected products, old collections, or samples from the trash.
The contents of the box are worth at least 70 euros! In addition, we try to include a nice combination of different items and fabrics in the box as much as possible! You won't find two identical bags in the box. And don't worry; these products truly only have minor imperfections, meaning they are still perfectly usable.
Not happy with the box after all? You may return it, provided that the entire contents of the box are returned. No warranty: Because the Mystery Box is sold with an imperfection for a low price, we do not offer a warranty on it.
