Returns and costs

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. The cost of a return is €6.95.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via return@stargems.nl.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label with instructions. Items returned to us without a return request being submitted will not be accepted.

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

Statutory cooling-off period of 14 days in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving reasons. Just like above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
